How do Locurio gift codes work?
If you would like to purchase a gift code, visit our Gift Codes page and purchase a code for your preferred amount. This will generate a gift code which the recipient can use during the checkout process. You will have the option to automatically e-mail the recipient with a custom message, which will send them the code, or you can deliver the code through your own method (such as included in a greeting card).
Do you offer physical gift cards?
We currently only offer physical gift cards at our escape room location in Fremont. These cards are available for purchase before your game. If you purchase a gift code online, you will receive a digital code to present to the recipient. Upon request, we can create a printable certificate with your code to print and give to the recipient.
I received a gift code for The Vanishing Act. Can I use this code on a different escape room?
Yes. Your gift code is good for the listed amount toward any experience you can book through our website, including our escape rooms and The Mysteries of Noximillian puzzle hunt.
Do I have to use all of the gift code amount at once?
No. You can spend a partial amount of the gift code and use the rest later.
Do Locurio gift codes expire?
No, our gift codes do not expire.

Terms and Conditions
Please review Locurio’s age policies before purchasing your gift certificate, as our games may not be appropriate for younger players. Participants under age 18 may attend ONLY if accompanied by a parent or guardian ON SITE AND INSIDE THE GAME ROOM for the duration of the game.
All players will be required to sign a copy of our liability waiver on site before participating in the game. Players under 18 will need a signature from their parent or guardian before playing. Please review the waiver and ensure that you agree to the terms before purchasing a ticket.
To protect the safety of other players, our staff, and our gaming facility, we ask that you please do not arrive intoxicated. We reserve the right to refuse service to any player for any reason.
Please arrive to your ticketed time slot 10 minutes early. Players more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled game time will not be admitted.
This is a live event. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given in case of booking cancellation or no-show.
